These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Learning Management System (LMS), mobile application, website, and all services offered by JMC Study Hub. By creating an account, purchasing, or accessing any course, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Overview
JMC Study Hub is an e-learning platform designed for higher education students, educators, and aspirants preparing for exams such as UGC-NET, CUET, and other academic programs. The platform allows students to create accounts, enroll in courses, access study materials, participate in quizzes, and interact with instructors. Instructors may create, publish, and deliver courses through the LMS.
By using our website or Android application, you acknowledge that:

You are at least 18 years of age (or using the platform with parental consent if under 18).

You have provided accurate and truthful information during registration.

You will abide by all applicable laws and platform rules while using JMC Study Hub.
2. Account Registration and Login Credentials

To access courses, users must create an account with accurate personal details such as name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and blood group (optional).

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Any activity conducted under your login credentials is your sole responsibility.

Sharing of accounts or login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension.

Instructors must register separately and provide accurate details for course publishing and payments.
3. Course Enrollment and Validity

Once a student purchases a course, access is provided for the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

After expiry, access to the course, resources, and assignments will automatically end. Students must re-purchase or re-enroll if they wish to continue.

Course content may include video lectures, PDFs, quizzes, mock tests, assignments, and downloadable study materials.

JMC Study Hub reserves the right to update, modify, or replace course content to maintain quality and accuracy.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Discounts

All courses are priced in INR (Indian Rupees), unless stated otherwise.

Payments can be made using debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, or other secure methods.

JMC Study Hub uses trusted third-party gateways to ensure safe transactions. Payment card details are encrypted and confidential.

From time to time, discount coupons and promotional offers may be provided. These are subject to terms, expiry dates, and platform discretion.

In case of payment failure, access will not be granted until the transaction is confirmed.
5. Refund Policy

Students are entitled to a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

Refunds will only be processed if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

After 7 days, or if substantial content is consumed, no refund will be granted.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

JMC Study Hub collects personal data such as name, email, mobile number, DOB, blood group, as well as payment data like debit/credit card details.

Instructor data (name, qualifications, teaching content) is also collected for academic delivery.

7. Student Responsibilities
Students agree to:

Ensure their internet and devices meet the basic technical requirements for LMS access.
Violation of these responsibilities may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Instructor Responsibilities
Instructors publishing courses on JMC Study Hub must:

Provide accurate course information, content, and updates.

Ensure that materials are original and not plagiarized.

Deliver courses in compliance with academic and professional standards.

Respect student queries, maintain professional behavior, and provide timely responses.

Acknowledge that JMC Study Hub reserves the right to moderate, review, or remove content that violates platform rules.
9. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content, including text, videos, graphics, quizzes, software, and logos, are the intellectual property of JMC Study Hub or respective instructors.

Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal use only.

Unauthorized distribution, duplication, or commercial use of content is prohibited.
10. Android App Usage

The JMC Study Hub Android app may store app-specific data such as login credentials, downloaded lessons, and course assignments.

Students must update their app regularly for security and performance.

If a course expires, offline downloads and app content will automatically be disabled.
11. Termination of Access

JMC Study Hub may suspend or terminate accounts if:

False information is provided during registration.

Login credentials are shared with unauthorized users.

Course content is misused or redistributed.

Payments are disputed or fraudulent.

Users may also request account deletion by contacting support.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
JMC Study Hub makes every effort to deliver accurate and up-to-date content. However:

We do not guarantee absolute error-free content or uninterrupted access.

Learning outcomes and exam results depend on student effort; we do not guarantee success in competitive exams.

Technical downtime or third-party service interruptions may occur beyond our control.
13. Limitation of Liability

JMC Study Hub shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the course fee paid by the student.
14. Changes to Terms
JMC Study Hub reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Students and instructors will be notified via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
