Students may request permanent deletion of their personal data (such as name, mobile number, email, DOB, blood group, login credentials, and app records) by contacting support@jmcstudyhub.com.

Upon verification, data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g., invoices, tax records, and refund histories).

Payment transaction data may be retained by our payment gateway partners for regulatory compliance but will not be accessible or used by JMC Study Hub.

Once deletion is complete, the account will be permanently deactivated, and access to purchased courses will end.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our courses are intended for learners above 16 years of age. For younger students (if any), accounts should be created with parental guidance and supervision.
